Solar Mini Rail Bracket Metal Roof PV Mounting Rail FarSun

The railless system facilitates the rapid mounting of framed PV module on square or trapezoidal metal sheet roofs which width is equal to or greater than 20mm with minimum thickness 0.8mm. Solar mounting mini rail is 120mm or 150mm long, therefore easy to carry and attach to almost all trapezoidal sandwich roofs.

The system can achieve stable and strong connection between the roof support structure and solar modules with solar roof mounting patented design. Pre-assembled kits save the installation time and cost onsite.

Rail free mount is designed for features trapezoid and corrugated sheet metal roofing enabling you to install without railing.

Installation Instruction：

Step 1：Place the panel support on the crown of the metal sheet.

Step 2：Install the panel support on the crown of the metal sheet by three screws.

Step 3：Install the mid / end clamp on the panel support.

Step 4：Install the panels.
